Returns
There are two kinds of order in our shop, and different return rules apply to each. We set them out clearly below, before you order.
Parts and accessories: 14 days to change your mind
Standard products that were not made specifically for you — draught strips, handles, rails, U-profiles — can be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
Let us know and we will send the return instructions. Return the part unused and in its original packaging. We refund the purchase amount once it arrives.
Made-to-measure glass sliding walls: no right of withdrawal
Our sliding walls are cut and toughened to the width, height and options you specify. That makes them personalised goods under art. 6:230p sub c of the Dutch Civil Code (art. 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive), so the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
In practice: a made-to-measure wall cannot be taken back because you changed your mind. That is why we check your measurements before production wherever we reasonably can, and why we would rather look at your situation with you beforehand.
This is entirely separate from a defect. If something is wrong with the product, your statutory rights and our warranty apply as normal.

Measure again following the measuring instructions, or send us a photo of your situation with the opening dimensions over WhatsApp. We would far rather check beforehand than leave you with a wall that does not fit.
